You won't believe this, but there are people in Portland riding their bikes on ice- and snow-covered streets.

I've seen about a dozen bicyclists ride by on 39th Avenue, which is normally one of the busiest streets in the city. It's barely been plowed, it's covered with a couple inches of packed snow over a layer of ice still remaining from last week, cars can barely move along it, and there are these idiots riding bikes down the damn thing.
