That different vision sure sounds an awful much like the exact same thing we had in the 8 years prior that helped lead us up into this mess.
If they had any balls at all, they'd propose cutting some defense spending becuase christ, there's so goddamned much there that's failed. You have them fighting to keep programs that the SecDef and the military don't want, but raytheon and boeing and northrup do.
