Well if the Dolphins lose and the Pats win, the Pats will be the only team at 11-5 in the East.

I am pretty sure that if Baltimore loses, the Dolphins would have the 6 seed in that scenario.
If the Pats lose, no matter what else happens, the Dolphins should be in b/c the Pats don't have the tiebreaker over anyone.
There was a playoff scenario generator posted last night that covers all this stuff really well.
