Speakin of Top Chef, who do you want in the final three?

I think Dale and Blais are probably the best chefs, so I want them there. And I really like watching Fabio, so I want him there as well. I will be less entertained when he leaves, or when it ends if he makes the finals.

It goes to a final two, right? I don't know which of those three I would boot.
