The mussels can be claimed by most any coastal nation, who cares that much about France/Italy fighting over it? What matter is how she executed it. She did it right, and timed it so it was not served overcooked of off on the spices. These chefs are so good, you have heard several times the judges say it all boils down to little things like undersalting.

And the pasta round, you would think nobody could screw up homemade pasta. They all did.
