think about it; since like 1960, they've had 3 coaches. noll - cowher - tomlin.

it's why as an organization; they're the gold standard in the NFL. They have a plan, and they stay the course and don't panic when a bad year comes along. Hell, cowher woulda been fired 2-3 times in most other places.
