Well you have to figure out how much it's worth to you. I mostly sell my miles and don't use them for free flights.

If you aren't using the miles for anything, you're probably much better off with a no fee card or maybe a cash rebate card.
One reason I keep this card is I've had it for a long time (credit score +), it has a very high limit because I used to charge several weeks of hotel conference rooms and banquet arrangements so I only use maybe 5% of the limit (major credit score +)
