To answer your question, I think there will be plenty of money to be made in finding the sweet spot in ICO price.

Say you want to buy UP for ICO. You put in a bid for 10 shares at $160 per share. Someone else is nervous and sells at $160. So, now you have your shares at $160, but the ICO price gets set at $185 because the rest of the trades are really high.

You've already made $250 without really trading. Of course, the opposite could happen. ICO looks to me to be the biggest risk/reward for the Cantor Exchange.
