my dinner: Arugula/spinach salad, black beans, Juicy Lucy burger (damn you guys). Tomorrow? junk food day!!!!

the diet I am doing calls for low carb 6 days, then high carb th3 7th day to keep the metabolism from going into starvation mode.
seems to be working so far. 8 pounds down. It's easy to skip carbs during the week when I know I can have it on Sunday.
