I'm arguing against the idea that the risk is that great. And it's funny, but the numbers do back me up on that. It appears that the risk of injury annually is around 1-2% and of death, less than one-thousandth of a per cent.

Should we be making policies based on those numbers? Or just making recommendations and letting parents decide?
