i remember helmets came up when whatshisname QB got hurt riding a motorcycle without a helmet and that discussion turned to bikes. i pulled up all the stats for both, but it made no difference to some.

the risk vs. potential reward there seems (pardon the expression) such a no-brainer to me. i still have no idea how otherwise smart, rational people can take the no side.
