Really? So you favour helmets for toboggans? Skating? Skiing? Climbing trees? Tree houses?

Where does it end?
When the risk is high, I have no problem legislating against it (SEE: Lawn Darts), but there is a point where it just loses a grasp with the reality of the problem.
