it's simply a new way for people to meet. Either through deliberate means like dating sites or social interactions like ST.

I think when the kids born post-1990 and beyond really get involved (beyond FB) you'll see people treat it as just another way for people to meet.

I think the volume of couples probably speaks to the absolute obsession with the Internet still. It's a significant way we all interact at this point.
