I'm not being clear. In our county we have 21 condominium associations, with untold numbers of unit owners.

The list Angie's list will maintain for the association boards is a list of heavy hitters: who do we call when we have a million to spend on repairing construction defects in our building envelope? Roofers for four buildings, window installers for 300 windows, etc.
That's a whole different problem than keeping a list of who do we call when the sink drain is stuck.
Right?
Since association's post the vendor reports, we're essentially passing along data to other associations.
