I'd put more blame on a Congress that wouldn't or couldn't follow his lead. But, no, he certainly isn't without disappointments.

Still, even the stuff that is wanting moved us in the direction I wanted to go.
At worst he has continued certain policies I disagree with, but I can't think of anything that has made things worse.
