deal any more, most of their phones do have mail-in rebates and discounted costs. Right now they are all at special "2 yr contract" pricing. Will's and my accounts also have $30 credits towards the cost of a new phone, so I'm guessing that everyone who is up for a new phone has that credit waiting for them, too.
