The building is a HUGE capitol dome, biggest in the nation.

The officiants are all volunteers, its not a droning court clerk reeling off the speil like another trafic court probation, they *get* to do this one hour a week and so take joy in it.

Everybody has to get a license so that's the same for couples in tshirts to those having a grand pagent else where. but there is very little waiting (unless its valentines day)
