Taxes for one. your township probably has a 1% (or so) local tax (you get to pay it even if you don't work in the township)

and your company being out of state can't withhold it. So either pay estimates or a lump sum in April with a tiny penalty. Also, if you wife works in Philly, she pays Philly wage tax and you will need to get credit for that and then use that credit to pay the local. Big pain in the but.
