#1 - and each of 16 residents take turns rolling bins to the curb...

...every two weeks -- recycle, that is -- and surprisingly, our trash situation is remarkably well done. Very little litter on the property, the right stuff ends up in the right bins -- mostly, and instead of paying $600/month for individual service, we only pay about $115/month.
Sweet, really.
