if they can raise this much money to convince america to vote them into office, why the fuck can't they raise money to pay or their own fucking pet projects instead of, as senators, asking us the tax payers to pay for their little pet projects? for that matter, if they're that damn good at raising money, why arent they calling the donations taxes? because they love to tax us more and more and use those taxes for their own personal wims... why can't they just do away with our taxes and then do 'pet project fund raisers' to pay for all of the little bullshit things they like to do?
