In my mind, a clear consise accounting of what Mubarak has been and why we stand by him.

each time Biden said something that didn't ring true, it was a failing...it made our leadership look out to lunch.
sometimes, you can't do anything becuase your hands are tied; but at that point, looking competent is as vital as being competent.
I think we had enough glitches to merit at best an average grade in what we know.
