well then she probably thinks you're a terrific guy that deserves someone and she's keeping you in the friend zone - as long as you can handle it -

and don't mind helping and doing stuff as friends - I'd go for it - especially if she really did help you out and is asking for some help in return. again - this is just FWIW - you have to follow your own heart in this - but ST will give you lots of things to think about - just sleep on it - the right answer will come to you and you'll know it was the right choice because you'll feel good about it.
