I dunno, that town lags in serious toxic waste sites that have been built over for subsidized housing

Though certainly in the top ten.
I would say point richmond which was that site where they had that ammo explosion during WW2. There has been some discredited claims of nuclear contents, but those folks are the sickest of any not in HINCKLEY or the Love canal. I say that. As a former kiddie pix photo that worked in most ca shitholes
