Okay, I'm starting to get a little nervous....I might need to find me an urgent care tomorrow

I felt fine yesterday, woke up today and was dry-congested, coughing and having trouble breathing...now, the fever's started.

I really hope I don't have pneumonia; feels really similar to when I had it a few years back.
