RED FLAG WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS
EVENING.
* HUMIDITY... MINUMUM AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 25 TO 30
PERCENT.
* WINDS... WEST 20 TO 30 MPH SUSTAINED. GUSTS OF 45 TO 55 MPH.
* FUEL MOISTURE... 7 TO 8 PERCENT.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM TEMPERATURES WILL
CREATE EXPLOSIVE FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL.
