I think it's the worst of Sorkin's major works (The American President, A Few Good Men and Charlie Wilson's War), but that's a tough list to compare.

The Social Network's characters are by default not as heartwarming since they're kids who are in over their heads.
My cinematic blasphemy is that I think a better actor does more than the Eduardo Saverin character than Garfield did. I did not find him the least bit compelling.
