I've been working on it. I opened a couple of ports just for bungie.net (directly in the modem) but our internet carrier is throttling them.

I read up on it this weekend. It's their little way of stopping illegal uploading and downloading. Unfortunately it doesn't discriminate between illegal uploads and multiplayer games.
