I went to one Scandinavian Death metal show once.

the opening move was some impossibly large gentleman smashing his elbow into a bouncer's face. All I saw was boots and teeth in the air and random arms or legs. It was like a cartoon dust ball fight.
I figured that pit was were idiots went to die. I didn't even stay for the rest of the show.
