he's actually shot a lot fewer people than you'd think considering the type of the show it is. I was just thinking as I watched the Human Target finale that Chance has shot up and destroyed a *hell* of a lot of stuff with absolutely no repercussions.

At least Raylan has gotten attention from teh USADA over his shootings.
