LIR: STIS: I need to see if I'm right in doing this. I broke my cellphone more than a month ago and I received the replacement rather quickly.

What I didn't receive with the replacement phone was a return label or packaging to return the broken phone. I called them to let them know and they said they would send me a label and to tape up the bag my replacement came in and use that.
No problem except I never received the label. They sent me another phone instead. So now I have two working phones and the broken one with no label or packaging to return it.

I have called Assurion four times over the last four weeks to try and get them to send me a label but every time they say they will, I never receive it.

T-Mobile keeps calling me to tell me to return the broken phone, which I'd love to do but can't without a label. Since no one is asking for the second working phone back, I'm keeping it and putting the broken phone in that box and sending it back to them that way.

Am I doing anything wrong or am I justified after trying for a month to return both but getting nowhere with Assurion?
