I don't know if I'll ever receive the label. Every week for four weeks they say they're sending me one but it never arrives.

Both phones got here quickly but not the label.

I know everything's been documented since each new person reads back to me each previous call date and issue.

My biggest worry is having to pay the $300 fee for not returning the broken phone.
