Need some ST ideas. In less than 1 month, it's my wife's birthday. She wants to do something "special this year."

We hit that milestone this year, so it's all downhill from here, and I think she wants something great. I want to come up with something kind of extravagant (maybe invite friends/family and a surprise party), or maybe an event (go to a concert) or something.

Any big ideas?
