Winter's Bone in my opinion was brilliant but hard to take at times. But think of it in terms of another perspective on Justified :). I'm serious what I said the other day about the season premiere of Justified, True Grit, and Winter's Bone being a related trio.

Supernatural had a lame monster of the week Friday, I'll grant that. But they are slowly moving towards the big reveal of Purgatory. And they did have to answer the question of whether Sam would feel guilt if he remembered what his soulless self did. I didn't think it was close to their best, but it had enough Dean snark to keep me viewing.
