Dear ___,

Effective immediately, I will no longer be able to perform the duties of Head Projectionist which I voluntarily began doing without compensation or promotion. These duties include, but are not limited to, completing the monthly bulb report, performing non-emergency bulb changes, and creating a To Do list for the other projection operators. I will of course continue to perform my daily managerial duties to the best of my abilities and look forward to continuing my employment with Carolina Cinemas and The Raleigh Grande.
