the LA area does, though maybe not Wiltshire. I looked up the latest OECD data, and it says Canada has 8.0 MRI units per million, the US 25.9.

if they're evenly distributed, an are in the the US with a population of ~10.5 million would have more than Canada. they almost certainly aren't evenly distributed though, I'd bet LA has more per capita than average.
