I really dont know if st has any good suggestions, but I will ask (workout sorta related)

so I am back on the weight loss and working out stuff after my cpa study hiatus.

so I have been working out for 2 weeks with no issues.

this morning I wake up and everything is sore, even areas I didnt work yesterday. everything hurts. the thing is, i never get sore (or never did before). So I am thinking that perhaps I am just short on some type of nutrient that is causing this to happen.

Is there a supplement or some vitamin/food that I should start taking?

stupid tru is getting old.
