Do you know what's really filling? Fruit. Most days I buy a small tub of mixed fruit that would cost about 6 dollars of your funny money.

It contains about 5 pieces of pineapple the size of your thumb, 3 strawberries, half an apple shopped into bits, about 10 grapes, chopped up melon, 2 or 3 slices of an orange and a few slices of a kiwi fruit too.
You wouldn't believe how filling it is and really tasty too.
I could make the same thing and save some money just by buying all the fruit and chopping it up myself but I couldn't be bothered.
Still though, it's uber tasty and I dno't think it's fattening.
Mostly I'm always surprised at how full I feel after it.
