My cat is pissing me off (slightly gross inside)

He has started leaving little presents around (little pieces of poo). At first it was 1 piece just right outside the catbox, but then it started to spread.

Found one on the kitchen floor, then one on the living room rug and this morning, one on my bed!

Anybody else have this problem? He seems in good health otherwise and the catbox is fairly clean (Scoop it every other day and change the litter twice a month
