Sure it is...it's a massive thing. The GOP in 95/96, shut down government and all it provides (ie a shitton that effects people)

these guys have stopped political decisions from being made...which given the current state of this nation, means they probably stopped bad decisions from being made.
You're still getting WI unemployment checks; you're still getting your car registered...food stamps are still going out.
That's a monsterously huge difference.
