Theoretically if you're selling and buying at the same time, whatever the market is like, things should balance out, right?
Though, we've done a ton of work on our current house, and should make around $50K after sale price minus mortgage. So maybe we don't have to worry about waiting for a more seller-friendly market. Hmm.
