they were negotiated in good faith at a time when the state was doing great. if we need to revisit the deals at the bargaining table now that Wall Street has destroyed everyone's pension funds, we can do that.
even the unions in Wisconsin have agreed to rollbacks and concessions to help close the budget gap. but Walker won't take the deal because he's only interested in busting them altogether
