Luckily, I've avoided drama for the most part this holiday season. There's something going on with the extended family back in Illinois (but I'm playing ignorant as long as possible on that), and I'm wondering how I'm going to escape the poor house until I (very hopefully ... keep your fingers crossed) start a new, exciting job on January 15th, but so far, this year is looking up.
