You do get to keep your weapons/armor/possessions, which allows you to blow through the game much faster. I needed 4 hours to get through level three the first time through. I just did it in an hour, messing around.

If you like zombie-ish games, you may like it more than I did. I found it derivative and...scream-y. Kim asked me to turn down the volume more than once.
