So... any suggestions for RPGs for XBox 360?

We got one for Christmas, but we don't have the current capacity or the desire for XBox Live, so we'll be playing our games offline. I figured this would be a great opportunity to pick up some older RPGs and catch up on the genre a little.
I was looking at Fable, Blue Dragon, and Elder Scrolls IV to start. (Particularly Fable and ESIV.) Any thoughts on these? Or any other suggestions for the genre?
