Make sure your photos and videos are saved to your pc first (didn't delete mine, but they said its a risk); power down your phone and then hold down volume down, camera button, and end call. It'll boot into a diagnostic root menu. Select master reset or something and off it goes.

You may need to call sprint to re-pair the data and gps connection to the device. But other than that... new moment.
