the liquor store selloff idea is nuts. we get what, a couple hundred mill *once*? we should outsource and give the people to whom we outsource

a large cut of the savings.
sell off is a one-time thing. we need ongoing revenue from the sale.
plus, we need to incentivize people not to cross borders to buy liquor. you're pretty if you think I didn't give sash a shopping list of things to bring me from the NJ liquor stores when she visits this weekend.
