I've tried to adopt two corgis at the same time and it never works out.

With my rep, they usually steer me to the most difficult dogs, and of course difficult cases have to be the only dog in the household.

Once they had two brother corgis and I totally wanted them, but they said they thought they'd be better off if they were split up. Sigh.

Much as I really like saving a rescue dog, especially one that is considered hopeless, I may get a puppy next time.
