OK, so what do the Jedi in Austrailia do for a holiday display?

there's an old tidbit of news that down under a lot of people state their religion as Jedi, perhaps because like in many european states the government collects your tithings as part of your tax payments and if you belong to an unoffical religion there's nothing to collect or it avoids public declaration of religious affliation.
