it's the common sense factor that amazes me. Most of my customers are wealthy to extremely wealthy, most got that way by not being dumb

sure, some were born into it and others have no idea about technical things, but come the fuck on. When did these people just lose intelligence?
I have come to the conclusion that they just can't be bothered by such trivial things. Why figure it out on my own when I can make a phone call and it will all be better, heh
