i couldn't care less about the nationalities of players on pro teams. it's a global marketplace of players and pro teams aren't national entities...

i care as much about a bunch of brazilians on shaktar as i do about hedo turkoglu etc in the nba or tons of dominicans playing pro baseball. if it improves the quality of talent in the league, have at it.

it does have an effect in the national league it also make the work of the national team coach harder

sure in the long run i am sure it benefits the national team too as seen in the European championship of 1992

totally. i never watch american pro soccer + i'd much rather have our good players play where the overall quality is better....
